a) Reaction heat detection and chemical stability test: According to the requirement of "Guiding Opinions of the State Administration of Safety Supervision on Strengthening the Risk Assessment of Fine Chemical Reactions" [Safety Supervision General Management No. 3 (2017) No. 1], we detect chemical reaction heat and assess the degree of risk of the reaction. The specific contents include: material thermal stability test (DSC differential scanning calorimetry), target reactive heat release test (automatic reaction calorimeter: RC1), secondary decomposition reaction calorimetry test (adiabatic calorimetry test), and reaction risk assessment.
b) Carry out the process hazard analysis in course of reaction (HAZOP analysis): assist the enterprise to complete the HAZOP analysis, and work with the enterprise to conduct research on possible risk points and propose possible solutions to help enterprises reduce chemical engineering safety risks.
c) Carry out related training work of intrinsic safety: Invite well-known experts in the industry to train enterprises and help enterprises improve the quality of safety management personnel.
d) Technical consultation: Conduct targeted research on high-risk factors in the reaction, provide reasonable solutions, and help enterprises to control at the source, including technology, safety management, engineering design, and personnel system.
